At Home Living Direct, we believe quality furniture and homewares should be enjoyed for years to come. A little regular care and maintenance will help keep your products looking their best and extend their lifespan.

As many of our products are made from natural materials such as timber, leather, stone, and fabric, variations in colour, grain, texture, and finish are part of their unique character. These materials can also respond to changes in temperature, humidity, and everyday use over time.

We recommend a regular care regime and using only cleaning products that are suitable for the specific material of your item. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and excessive moisture unless otherwise stated.

To help protect your furniture and décor:

  • Clean spills as soon as possible.
  • Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Keep furniture away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and damp areas.
  • Use coasters and placemats to minimise scratches, stains, and heat damage.
  • Lift furniture when moving it rather than dragging it across the floor.

Please note that normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions are not considered manufacturing faults.

Large items are delivered by a specialist freight service.

Please ensure there is clear access to your property. Our delivery partners provide door-to-door delivery only — assembly or room placement is not included unless stated otherwise.
